Tuangkan air panas  dan minyak sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus di aduk hingga rata.  Diamkan sampai adonan dingin (bisa diuleni) kurleb 15 menit. Lalu bagi  adonan, bentuk menjadi bulatan-bulatan. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Isi: Campur semua bahan isi, aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Penyelesaian:  Ambil adonan kulit, giling setepal ¼ cm. Ambil satu sendok makan bahan  isi. Bentuk pertemuan dua sisi kulit dengan cara di wiron. Lakukan  hingga adonan habis. Kukus selama 10 menit.
